Use SISOFT SANDRA For System Info
If you are looking for information on your system, as well as access to all the system files on your PC, then there is a nice
program that you can download and install that is called SiSoft Sandra. SiSoft Sandra is an information and diagnostic tool
for Win95, Win98, WinNT and Win2000. This utility is FREE for Home Users but cost
$29 otherwise. To get this useful utility, simply go to...
http://www.sisoftware.demon.co.uk/sandra/index.htm
Home Users can click the Download SiSoft Sandra Standard link and then select a download location.
Non-Home Users ( Commercial Users ) need to click on the Professional Downloads and choose a download location.
Install and open SiSoft Sandra and you will see more information than you ever imagined. Click on an icon, say the System Summary icon, and you will get
processor information. Experiment and see for yourself.

Jump To URL From Open Window ( If You Have Or Had IE 4.X )
This trick will only work if you have IE 4.0 installed or had IE 4.0 and then later installed
a newer or updated version over it.
| To jump to another Web site, you can get there from any Explorer window.
Simply replace the current address at the top of the window, right below the icon row, with the new
URL of your choosing. If there is no address bar then you need to select View > Toolbars > Address Bar.
Then you can type, for example...
spider-boy
if you want to go to
http://www.spider-boy.com
Win95 will fill in all the W's, dots, etc....Press Enter and the entered
Web page will show up in the current window. Go ahead and try it!

Copy IE Favorites To Another PC
To copy your Internet Explorer Favorites onto another computer, you can do a couple of things.
- Either copy the contents of your Favorites Folder onto a floppy disk...or...
- Add the Favorites Folder as an Attachment to an e-mail and mail it to the PC you want them on.
Then all you have to do is copy them to the same location on the 2nd. computer. No matter which version of IE is running, you will find your Favorites Folder in the Windows Folder.
It's that easy!
